Residence in Nikeia

This is about a house in the Nikeia, a traditional settlement and of historic interest. The restoration was made with specil care to the neoclassical element of the dwelling which have been preserved.

It is a two-storey house with an attic and a visterna, a water tank of rainwater. The kitchen is situated on the basement, so is the common room, and a small bathroom. The two bedrooms and the main bathroom, where another stone-oven is also preserved, are found on the first floor. The balcony is made with the traditional iron masonry. THe attic hosts a large space with a small window, it is formed due to the pitched tile roof, another traditional characteristic of the settlement.

The colour chosen was based on the neoclassical character of the building.
